If you know Twitter then you'll know hashtags, one of its very simple inventions that has started spilling over into other social networks. A hashtag is basically a short, often humorous, statement about a tweet that injects some more emotion, thought, or humour, and connects different tweets to each other.
In my hashtagging I've gradually formed three hashtags that I use regularly, and that I believe describe a simple way to live greatly.
In the centre of our lives we can find a connected stillness - connection from the divine spark within each of us to the great divine God. We lean into this stillness, live it, love it, and become who we were born to be through it #betobecome
We join each other to love our world. We embrace the outsider, involve the excluded, practice forgiveness and reconciliation, challenge the proud, stamp out injustice and invite others to join in. Our centredness in a god of love leads us to make a world of love #worldlove
#betobecome #livetothrive #worldlove
A simple way to live greatly, but not easy. Be, do, love. Get to it!
